About Volkan

I have been a full-time Realtor since 2006 and I co-founded Opus Elite Real Estate. I still list and sell houses every year, because I do not believe you can lead a brokerage from a distance.

Most of my business comes from people have already worked with. That is deliberate. I would rather have one introduction from a past client than a hundred strangers from an advertisement - which means the way I work has to hold up for years after closing, not just until the check clears.

My clients tend to fall into three groups. Homeowners in Bucks and Montgomery County getting ready to sell, who want to know what is actually worth fixing first. Investors buying multi-family and commercial, who need the numbers to work before anything else matters. And people navigating something complicated - foreclosures, short sales, estates - where experience is the only thing that helps.

The part of this business I didn't expect to love is building other agents. Mark and I started Opus Elite so that nobody here would be one of five hundred names at a brokerage where leadership is only reachable if you're already a top producer. We answer the phone, we run training every single week, and we build the systems with our agents instead of handing them down including a twelve-week Marketing Academy that ends with every agent holding a written ninety-day plan. Robert Gutowski, who has been a Realtor for twenty-nine years, said it better than I can: "This company is the best I've ever had the privilege of working for. I just wish this brokerage was around when I started." That's the standard I'm trying to hold.

Outside of real estate: my wife Jenica, our three boys, soccer, history, and travel. My family is everything, and helping people find the place they call home is still the best part of this job.
